I'm Bailey and I’m the founder of LFTED Fitness Co! I’m 27, born and raised in North Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, and I’ve been on a wild ride the past few years. After devastatingly losing my job in January, I decided to stop waiting for the “perfect opportunity” and start building something fueled by real passion. I fell in love with fitness back in 2019, and it’s become such an important part of my life—not just physically, but mentally and emotionally too. I’m currently working toward my personal training certification so I can help others fall in love with it too. I don’t have a perfect body, and I’m not always on track, but I believe that showing up, staying real, and not giving up is what really matters.
When I’m not designing new pieces for the brand, you can find me at the gym, going to raves, or spending time with my animals, family, and friends. LFTED is more than a business to me—it’s a dream. It’s a way to turn my struggles and passion into something that lifts others up (literally and emotionally), and I’m so excited to share it with you.
The Story of LFTED
LFTED Fitness Co was born out of a love for the gym—and a need for clothes that felt fun, edgy, and true to who we are. I design every single piece with the goal of helping people feel confident and cute, whether they’re hitting a heavy lift, walking their dog, or grabbing food after a sweat session. This brand is for the people who don’t always see themselves represented in fitness ads. The ones who love fitness but might not have six-pack abs or a perfect routine. It’s for the ones who try, fall off, and get back up again—because it’s never been about perfection. It’s about passion, consistency, and doing what makes you feel strong and happy.
