I'm Bailey and I’m the founder of LFTED Fitness Co! I’m 28, born and raised in North Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, and I’ve been on a wild ride the past few years. After devastatingly losing my job in January of 2025, I decided to stop waiting for the “perfect opportunity” and start building something fueled by passion. I fell in love with fitness back in 2019, and it’s become such an important part of my life...not just physically, but mentally and emotionally. I’m currently working toward my personal training certification so I can help others fall in love with it too. I don’t have a perfect body, and I’m not always on track, but I believe that showing up, staying real, and not giving up is what really matters.

When I’m not designing new pieces for the brand, you can find me at the gym, going to raves, or spending time with my animals, family, and friends. LFTED is more than a business to me...it’s a dream. It’s a way to turn my struggles and passion into something that lifts others up (literally and emotionally), and I’m so excited to share it with you.
